These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the website soimea.com between

and any individual purchasing products for personal and non-professional use, hereinafter referred to as the Customer
Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time the order is placed.
soimea strives to present its products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur particularly due to the handcrafted nature of certain items or differences in screen display settings.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Orders
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
An order is considered final once payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been sent by soimea.
soimea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or an anomaly relating to the order.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes excluding shipping fees.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and added to the total order amount.
soimea reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
All transactions are secured through certified payment providers. soimea does not have access to the Customer’s banking information at any time.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from France.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France 3 to 7 business days
- Europe 5 to 15 business days
- International 15 to 30 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and may be extended during peak periods such as product launches, promotional events or public holidays.
soimea cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers' customs procedures or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable law, Customers benefit from a right of withdrawal.
soimea applies a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery subject to compliance with the conditions outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
Returned items must be unused in their original packaging with the seal intact.

8. Refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected soimea will inform the Customer whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
9. Liability
soimea shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
In all cases, soimea’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order concerned.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website soimea.com, including texts, images, visuals, logos, and design, are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Soimea.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service as a priority in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with European regulations the Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
