If a soimea product does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with the seal intact.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with the seal intact
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- A receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required for all returns
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Items purchased from retailers other than soimea.com
- Complimentary gifts or promotional items
- Store gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
If your order included a complimentary gift, it must be returned together with the original order. Refunds cannot be issued if the complimentary item is not returned.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label along with detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days so that we can assist you and resolve the issue promptly.
Complimentary Gifts GWP
If your order included a complimentary gift, it must be returned together with the original order.
Refunds cannot be issued if the complimentary item is not returned. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
